Practices (Grades 4-12)

Just a reminder that these practices are for the Becker Archery Team (grades 4–12). Junior Bulldogs in grades 2–3 should only attend their designated Junior Archery sessions.

How to sign up for practices on Crossbar — step-by-step (updated 12/15/2025)

Quick notes before you start

• Each archer may sign up for 2 practice sessions per week and you’re welcome to sign up for the entire month at once.
• Archers participating in 3D may sign up for: One (1) 3D practice and one (1) bullseye practice per week.
• Archers shooting bullseye only may sign up for: Two (2) bullseye practices per week.
• Please be mindful when selecting sessions. 3D practices are clearly labeled as: “3D – Middle School Gym – Jan”

• 3D practices will begin in January and will be held in the Middle School Gym on Mondays and Wednesdays only.
• Bullseye practices will take place in the Field House daily, with additional sessions in the Middle School Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• If you make a mistake or need to cancel a spot, email us — we must correct it on our end.

Steps

1. Open the email you received and click the Crossbar link.
2. On the Crossbar page, select the archer you’re signing up (if you have more than one archer, you’ll repeat the process later).
3. Choose your time slots:
4. Carefully read the date, time, and facility for each session.
5. To reserve a slot, click the black oval on the far right that shows $0.00.
6. Please select up to two time slots per week for this archer for the month (limit of one 3D practice per week due to limited spots).
7. Check out (complete the reservation/confirmation on the site).
8. Repeat steps 2–4 for any other archer you’re signing up.
9. After signing up, your scheduled times will appear in a few places on Crossbar (for example: Family Calendar, Sessions, etc.).

Need to cancel something?

If you selected the wrong session or need to change a booking, please email us directly (please don't send a chat to all). We’ll make the correction on our side. Include:

• Archer’s name
• Old session date/time & facility that needs to be cancelled
