Practices (Grades 4-12)

March practice sign-up links will be released Sunday, 2/22/26 at 8:00 PM. As a board, we have decided to return to using SignUpGenius for practice registrations. After testing Crossbar’s scheduling capabilities, we believe this platform is still more user-friendly for families. Thank you for your patience as we explored the website’s features. The links will also continue to be available on the website — simply click on the Practices box to access them.

Now that we have that settled, we are heading into our final month of the regular archery season — time flies when you’re having fun!

Please read the directions carefully before signing up, especially for the weeks of March 16–18 and March 23–26. Practice availability during those weeks is very limited due to other events in the field house. It is extremely important that you only sign up archers during those weeks if they are participating in that weekend’s tournament. Additionally, please only register for 3D practices if your archer will be shooting 3D in those tournaments.

We truly appreciate everything you have done to support this amazing team throughout the season and hope to have you back again next year.

Important Information for March Practice Sign-Ups

• Please enter your archer’s name, not the parent/guardian’s name, when signing up.
• If you are registering multiple archers, list all of their first names in the First Name field and adjust the quantity to match the number of archers.
• For the last two weeks of practices, ONLY sign up if your archer is participating in the tournaments scheduled during those weeks.

Practice availability during the final two weeks is extremely limited due to indoor track meets taking place on one day of each week and tournaments beginning on Fridays. Unfortunately, we are unable to make up the lost practice time.
